You are right in saying that many people are still attached to more traditional ways of participating in conference presentations and rightly so.......nothing beats face-to-face! However I would strongly suggest that the use of social media in events marketing strategies should be an integrated component of many other components. Mash-it-up for maximum interaction!</description>
