After the opening introductions and before any food is served, ask your guests to stand, mingle in the room and traipse to another table and in the spirit of ’speed networking’ introduce themselves to 6 other people; exchange cards, tell the other person their name, what company they are from and why they are at this event. Your attendees will appreciate your gesture for making it easier to meet/network with another 6 people in addition to the other 9 at their table.
